Terms of Service

These terms apply to the website and the subscription service operated by Which Stocks To Buy (BUSH & HARTOG B.V., Keizersgracht 520 H, 1017 EK Amsterdam, Netherlands, VAT NL868859321B01).

What the service is

We collect end-of-day market data for the companies we cover, calculate our own WSTB Technical Rating from that data using fixed, published rules, and present, per market, the companies that currently stand out, together with market updates by email. The rating is ours, not a third party's opinion. Free content is available to everyone; the complete Stock Selection per market requires a paid membership.

What the service is not

We do not give investment advice, portfolio advice or personal recommendations, and we are not licensed to do so. Nothing on the site or in our emails is an instruction or recommendation to buy, hold or sell any security. You make your own decisions and bear your own risk. See our Risk Disclaimer.

Accounts

You need an account to access member content. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything that happens under your account. One account is for one person.

Plans, prices and billing

Current plans and prices: One Market €12.95 per month or €129 per year; Multi Market €19.95 per month or €199 per year; All Markets €29.95 per month or €299 per year. All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable.

A membership is charged in advance for the period you choose (monthly or yearly) and renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price, until you cancel. Payments are processed by our payment provider.

We will tell you by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. If you do not accept the new price, you can cancel before it applies.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

Consumers in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See the Refunds & Cancellation page for exactly how it works and how to use it.

Acceptable use

You may use our content for your own investment decisions. You may not republish, resell, scrape, systematically copy or share member content with people who are not members.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and the data accurate, but we provide it without any warranty as to accuracy, completeness or continuous availability. Market data comes from third-party providers and can contain errors or delays. We may change or discontinue parts of the service; if a change materially reduces what you paid for, you can cancel and we will refund the unused part of your period.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for investment losses or for indirect or consequential damage. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Netherlands. Consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.
