Cancelling your membership

You can cancel at any time from your account page, without giving a reason and without a fee. Cancelling stops the next automatic renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days from the start of your membership to withdraw from the contract. Email us and we refund what you paid.

Because our service gives you immediate access to digital content, we ask you to confirm at checkout that you want access to start straight away. If you then withdraw within 14 days, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the days you had access. If you withdraw before using the service, you get the full amount back.

Yearly memberships

Outside the 14-day withdrawal period, yearly memberships are not refunded for the remaining months, but they will not renew once cancelled.

If something goes wrong on our side

If the service is materially unavailable or we stop publishing results for a market you paid for, tell us and we refund the unused part of your period.

How to request it

Email info@whichstockstobuy.com from the address on your account, stating that you want to cancel or withdraw. We confirm within two working days and refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 14 days.
